1. 
The applicant shall notify the Borough Engineer, in writing, of the completion of the required improvements.
2. 
The Borough Engineer shall, within 30 days after the receipt of the applicant's notice of completion:
A. 
Inspect the completed required improvements; and
B. 
Submit in writing a report to Borough Council and the applicant specifying those items of construction, material and workmanship which do not comply with the Borough's specifications or the approved final plan.
3. 
The applicant, upon notification from the Borough Engineer, shall:
A. 
Proceed, at his own cost and expense, to make such corrections as shall be required to comply with the Borough specifications and approved final plans; and
B. 
Notify the Borough Engineer and Council upon completion, requesting final inspection.

1. 
The Council and Borough Engineer shall make a final inspection with the applicant of all required improvements.
2. 
The Borough Engineer shall:
A. 
Run the finished center-line profile of the completed streets;
B. 
Submit a report to the Council indicating the final elevations;
C. 
Affix to the final profile plan such elevations.

1. 
The Borough shall have no obligation to take over and make public any street or other improvement unless the required improvements, utility mains and laterals and monuments shown on the approved plan have been constructed and/or installed and conformed to Borough's standards and specifications.
2. 
The Borough shall have no responsibility with respect to any street or other improvements notwithstanding the use of the same by the public unless the street or other improvement is accepted by ordinance or resolution of Borough Council.
3. 
Borough Council shall notify the applicant of acceptance of the required improvements if satisfied that the applicant has complied with all specifications and ordinances of the Borough.
