Town of Prosper, TX DIVISION 2 PARKS AND RECREATION DIVISION

§ 1.09.051 Establishment.

There is hereby created for the town the Division of Parks and Recreation of the Development Services Department.

§ 1.09.052 Director.

The Town Manager shall appoint the Parks and Recreation Director to serve at the pleasure of the Town Manager, and the Director shall have such duties and responsibilities as may, from time to time, be delegated to him by the Town Manager.
