City of Lewes, DE Article VI Adoption of Existing Building Code

§ 70-18 Existing Building Code adopted.

The International Existing Building Code, 2021 edition, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Existing Building Code of the City of Lewes, in the State of Delaware, and each and all regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Existing Building Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made part hereof, as if fully set out herein.
