It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct, resist, oppose or in any way interfere with any officer or employee of the Township while in the performance of any of the duties of his office or employment.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Part 4 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $600 and costs and, in default of payment thereof, shall be subject to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days.
