Commencing upon the date of adoption of this Article, it shall be unlawful for any person, whether natural or corporate, to conduct any blasting or dynamiting within the municipal limits in such a manner as to cause any debris greater than one-eighth (1/8) inch in diameter to travel through the air outside such person's property boundaries, unless such person has obtained written consent in advance from the owner of all adjoining properties to the property on which such blasting or dynamiting is occurring.

Prior to discharging any dynamite or other explosive material for the purpose of conducting any mining, quarrying, or rock removal within the municipal limits within one hundred (100) feet of any public road or highway, the person conducting or in charge of said activity shall provide forty-eight (48) hours' written notice in advance to the Chief of Police of the Village of Sunrise Beach stating the date, time and location of said proposed activity.

It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any dynamite or other explosive material for the purpose of conducting any mining, quarrying, or rock removal within the municipal limits of Sunrise Beach before the hour of 10:00 A.M. or after 3:00 P.M., on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. It shall further be unlawful to conduct such activities on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Any person who conducts any dynamiting or blasting activities within the Village of Sunrise Beach in violation of this Article shall be punished as set forth in Chapter 100, Article III, of this Code.
