Each member of the Board of Supervisors of the Township shall receive an annual salary of $2,400 for preparation for and/or attendance at meetings or hearings of the Township Board of Supervisors or other meetings authorized by the Township Board of Supervisors. Such salary shall become effective at the beginning of the term of office of each member of the Township Board of Supervisors following enactment of this section.
