The territory embraced within the limits of the town of Middletown shall be as set forth in decree of the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia, dated October 27, 1966, and recorded in the clerk's office of the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia, in Law Order Book 43 at Page III.
