§ 17.48.010 Required for construction, alteration or occupancy. No building, structure or land shall be constructed, altered, occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose until the appropriate certificates, permits and/or licenses have been issued by the building inspector.(C.O. 83-3 § 17-3(B) (part))
