The Board of County Commissioners hereby adopts by reference the Washington State Board of Health Rules and Regulations for Food Service Standards (Chapter 246-215 WAC) effective May 2, 2005, and as hereafter amended.

In addition to the penalties provided in WAC 246-215, any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of these regulations or WAC 246-215 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor as defined in RCW 9A.20.021.

If any provision of this ordinance or its application to any person, entity or circumstance is for any reason held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance, or the application of the provision to other persons, entities or circumstances shall not be affected.
