Nonresidential new construction or addition over one hundred square feet or two hundred thousand dollars estimated construction valuation.

A construction waste management plan is required to estimate pre-construction quantity on a form provided by the city. A post-construction waste management report and applicable receipts should be submitted to obtain final occupancy permit.
