(A)
Speed limit of 20 mph established by street and hours.
(1)
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or drive any vehicle at a speed greater than 20 miles per hour, this speed being the prima facie maximum speed limit; any speed in excess thereof shall be prima facie evidence that the speed is not reasonable or prudent and that it is unlawful on any of the following streets or portions thereof between the hours of 6:45 a.m. and 7:55 a.m.; 2:40 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. during school days.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or drive any vehicle at a speed greater than 55 miles per hour, this speed being the prima facie maximum speed limit; any speed in excess thereof shall be prima facie evidence that the speed is not reasonable or prudent and that it is unlawful on any of the following streets or portions thereof:
