(A) 
The International Fire Code, 2024 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted, and designated as the fire code of the City of Carrollton, and is made a part hereof, as amended.
(B) 
One copy of the 2024 edition of the International Fire Code, marked Exhibit "C," is incorporated herein by reference and shall be filed in the office of the City Secretary for permanent record and inspection.
(C) 
Unless deleted, amended, expanded, or otherwise changed herein, all provisions of such code shall be fully applicable and binding. In the event a conflict is determined to exist between said International Fire Code as adopted and the other provisions of Ordinance 4265, the latter provisions shall be construed as controlling and taking precedence over the former.

The city hereby offers a reward of $250.00 for the arrest and conviction of any person found guilty of committing the crime of arson within the corporate limits of the city. This reward is a standing offer and shall be paid out of the general fund of the city.
