(A)
The International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2024 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted, and designated as the swimming pool and spa code of the City of Carrollton, and is made a part hereof, as amended.
(B)
One copy of the 2024 edition of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, marked Exhibit "F," is incorporated herein by reference and shall be filed in the office of the City Secretary for permanent record and inspection.
(C)
Unless deleted, amended, expanded, or otherwise changed herein, all provisions of such code shall be fully applicable and binding. In the event a conflict is determined to exist between said International Swimming Pool and Spa Code as adopted and the other provisions of Ordinance 4265, the latter provisions shall be construed as controlling and taking precedence over the former.
