The Plan Commission recommended the adoption of this chapter at a meeting held on the 2nd day of May, 1994.
The governing body held a public hearing on this proposed chapter on the 9th day of May, 1994.
The governing body concurred with the recommendations of the Plan Commission and proceeded to adopt this chapter.
This chapter shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication, as provided by law.
