No person(s) shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is part of the Township's wastewater facilities including but not limited to mains, house connections, clean-outs, pump stations, wastewater treatment facilities, etc. No person shall enter upon any property of the Township without the express permission of the Township.
