There shall be a court in the city to be known and designated as a municipal court, which shall be entitled the municipal court of the city of Castle Rock.

The municipal court of the city created by this chapter shall have jurisdiction and exercise all powers in accordance with RCW 3.50.010, together with such other powers and jurisdiction as generally conferred in the state by either common law or by express statute upon the court.

The salaries of the part-time judges serving as municipal court judges for the municipal court of the city of Castle Rock are reflected in the costs and charges paid to Cowlitz County pursuant to such interlocal agreements as now or hereinafter may be enacted.

Compensation paid to jurors shall be the sum of $10.00 for each day in attendance and jurors shall receive mileage reimbursement at the rate determined under RCW 43.03.060 as it now exists or is hereafter amended.
