Town of Woodway, WA Chapter 2.32 FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES

§ 2.32.010 Contract.

The Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the Town of Woodway with the Shoreline Fire Department to provide fire service within the Town of Woodway.

§ 2.32.020 Fee.

The payment for the fire service as specified in Section 2.32.010 shall be in such amounts as authorized by the Town's budget.
