The City of Harlingen Subdivision Development Guide, attached hereto as exhibit "A,"[1] is hereby adopted as the official infrastructure standards of the City of Harlingen, Texas and all new subdivision plats filed for processing after the adoption of the ordinance must abide by the standards herein.

A copy of the standards shall be kept on file in the office of the city secretary and shall be posted in the official city website under the planning and development department.

The failure to comply with the standards shall result in the subdivision plat not being signed by the city engineer and not being approved for recording with the county clerk.
