Before any action shall be taken on any appeal to the board of adjustment necessitating the publication of notices or sending of notices, the appellant shall deposit with the city secretary the sum of $50.00 to cover costs and expenses relative thereto.

Before any action shall be taken as provided in Section 14.112 of this code, the applicant for such amendment shall deposit with the city secretary the sum of $100.00 to cover costs and expenses relative thereto.

Upon application for the issuance of a temporary permit pursuant to Section 14.106(d)(6)(A) or Section 14.107(d)(2)(A) of this code, regulating temporary placement of recreational vehicles on legally existing lots, the applicant shall pay a nonrefundable application fee to the city in the following amounts:
