Health permits for new food establishments may be prorated to the nearest month. No other fees may be prorated.

Seventy-five percent of inspection fees may be refunded when no inspections have been done. Permit fees are nonrefundable. Refunds require a written request from the applicant and written approval from the city manager.

Community center cancellations: The deposit is refundable at 50% and non-transferable within 30 days of the reservation date. If the reservation cancellation is within 30 days of the reservation date, the rental fees and 50% of the deposit will be returned minus a $15.00 administrative processing fee. For cancellation prior to 30 days of the reservation date, all fees will be refunded minus a $15.00 administrative processing fee.
