It is unlawful for any person to drive upon or across, to leave standing or cause to be left standing any vehicle upon any privately owned property within the unincorporated area of the county without the implied or express consent of the owner or person in lawful possession of the property.

Where the county has a public-private shared parking agreement with a private property owner, the private property owner agrees to open its parking supply for public parking. The county has the authority to implement parking restrictions, such as time limits, permit parking and paid parking, during certain hours and enforce parking during those certain hours. Shared parking agreements shall be approved by board resolution or by the director of public works or designee if such authorization has been granted by the board.
