Beginning at the intersection of W 2nd Street and the east Burlington Northern Santa Fe Rail Road right-of-way, thence east to the centerline of the intersection of W 2nd Street and Birch Street; thence north to the centerline of the intersection of Birch Street and W 4th Street; thence east to the centerline of the intersection of W 4th Street and North Meridian; thence north to the city limits; thence west to the city limits; thence south to the intersection of the east Burlington Northern Santa Fe Rail Road right-of-way; thence southeasterly to the point of beginning.
B. 
Tract B. All of the Valley Center Cemetery Addition to the city of Valley Center, Kansas.

The boundaries of Ward Two shall be all of that portion of the city beginning at the centerline of the intersection of Ford and N Broadway; thence north along the eastern city limits to the centerline of the intersection of N Broadway and 97th Street; thence westerly along the northern city limits to the centerline of Meridian Avenue; thence south to the centerline of Meridian and E 1st Street; thence east to the centerline of the intersection of E 1st and Colby; thence north to the centerline of the intersection of E 3rd and Colby; thence east to the intersection of 3rd Street and Miles Avenue; thence south to the intersection of Miles Avenue and the Butler Street; thence southerly along the centerline of Butler to the south line of the intersection of Butler and Clay; thence east along the south line of Clay to the intersection with the south line of the drainage way identified on the plat of the Valley Park 4th Addition; thence east along the south line of the drainage way to the intersection of the east branch of the Chisholm Creek Floodway; thence east along the east branch of the Chisholm Creek Floodway to the intersection with the east line of Seneca; thence south along the east line of Seneca to the intersection of the city limits; thence east and south following the city limits to the intersection of the centerline of Ford; thence east to the point of beginning.

The boundaries of Ward Four shall be all of that portion of the city beginning at the centerline of the intersection of W 4th Street and N Meridian thence south to the east Burlington Northern Santa Fe Rail Road right-of-way; thence southeasterly along said right-of-way to the centerline of 61 Street N; thence west to the city limits; thence northwesterly along the city limits to an intersection with the south right-of-way line of W Ford Street; then west to the city limits; thence northeasterly along the city limits to the west Burlington Northern Santa Fe Rail Road right-of-way; thence southeasterly along said right-of-way to its intersection with the centerline of W 2nd Street; thence east to the centerline of the intersection of W 2nd Street and Birch Street; thence north to the centerline of the intersection of Birch Street and W 4th Street; thence east to the point of beginning.
