City of Colville, WA Chapter 1.02 CHANGING CLASSIFICATION OF CITY OF COLVILLE FROM CLASS TWO CITY TO THAT OF NON-CHARTER CODE CITY PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS OF RCW 35A.02.030

§ 1.02.010 City classification.

The city of Colville shall be classified as a non-charter code city pursuant to the provisions of RCW 35A.02.030.

§ 1.02.020 Plan of government.

The city of Colville shall retain the same general plan of government under which it is currently organized, to wit: mayor/council, but shall be governed by Chapter 35A.12 RCW (Mayor/Council) of the optional municipal code.
