This chapter is adopted in accordance with the provisions of RCW 35.21.180 and all amendments and additions to the Revised Code of Washington sections enumerated in this chapter, when printed and filed with the city clerk shall be considered and accepted as amendments and additions to this chapter.

Prior to adoption of the ordinance codified in this chapter, three copies of the sections of RCW Title 9A enumerated in this chapter have been filed in the office of the city clerk for use and examination by the public.

Any person, firm, corporation or association violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor as provided in this chapter and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.00 and/or imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not in excess of 90 days.
