A. 
City airport property shall not be used for nonaviation activities without the express written consent of the airport board.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in pedestrian activities on the city airport runway or taxiways, including but not limited to running, walking, bicycling, jogging, marching, skateboarding, skating or standing.
C. 
It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to operate a motor vehicle of any kind except airplanes on airport property (including runways and taxiways) except on designated roads and/or parking areas.

Any person or persons violating any provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00 or by imprisonment for a period of not more than 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
