Motor vehicle traffic in the alleys of Blocks 5, 8, 11, and 13 in the city shall proceed only in a north direction and all traffic shall be one-way and to the north in said alleys, and it is unlawful for motor vehicles to travel in a south direction in said alleys.

A. 
There shall be one-way traffic only in a westerly direction on that portion of Astor Street beginning at its intersection with Main Street west to Astor Street's intersection with the alley between Main Street and Wynne Street.
B. 
There shall be parallel parking permitted on the north side of Astor Street between its intersection with Main Street west to the alley between Main Street and Wynne Street.

Any person, firm or corporation violating this chapter is deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine in any sum not exceeding $250.00.
