A. 
No person shall operate any motorized vehicle, or motorized equipment, on any trail or unimproved portion of city-owned property on Colville Mountain, which is outside of the city limits, except:
1. 
City work equipment.
2. 
Emergency vehicles.
3. 
Vehicles operated by easement holders or lease holders, or their agents, with a valid work permit issued by the city of Colville.
4. 
Vehicles operated by easement holders or lease holders, or their agents, in emergency situations.
B. 
This does not ban use of the easement road that crosses said property by authorized users of the easement road.
C. 
Violators of this section may be removed from the premises, and may be treated as trespassers under Chapter 9A.52 RCW.
