There is created and established a sewer system development fee. All persons, districts or corporations applying to the city water/sewer department for sewer service will be required to pay a sewer system development fee which will be based on the size of the water meter supplying the site.

The sewer system development fee shall be paid to the city treasurer's office prior to and as a condition of approval of the application.

Street repair deposits will be separate from sewer system development fees. Street repair deposits may be refundable (or portion thereof) when street or right-of-way is repaired back to at least its original condition.

All sewer connections, fittings, pipes and workmanship shall be inspected and approved by the city water/sewer department before any pipe, fittings or connections are covered.

Charges for sizes in excess of four inches will be determined by the city council.
All additional units, residences, apartments, dwellings or rental units utilizing the service shall be charged an additional $50.00 per unit.
