§ 12.44.010 Throwing glass, nails and other sharp objects in streets prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to throw, deposit or place, or cause to be thrown, deposited or placed, in any of the streets, alleys, boulevards or other public highways of the city any glass, tacks, nails, scrap iron, or other refuse.

§ 12.44.020 Violation – Penalty.

Any person or persons violating this chapter, or any of the provisions hereof, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $100.00, or confined in the city jail for a period not exceeding 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court or the judge thereof.
