The penalty for violation of this chapter shall be a fine of not to exceed $1,000, or imprisonment of not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

It is unlawful for anyone to be in the parks of the city after dark.

The possession or consumption of alcohol in the public parks of the city of Raymond is unlawful; provided, that the chief of police may authorize recognized civic groups to sell alcohol at city-authorized events.
