Prior legislation: Ord. 829.
The city clerk shall serve as the public records officer for all city records except for those maintained by the Yelm police department. The administrative assistant for the police department shall serve as the public records officer for all records maintained by the Yelm police department. The court administrator shall serve as the public records officer for all records maintained by Yelm municipal court.
