City of Yelm, WA Chapter 9.24 DRUGS AND OTHER CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

§ 9.24.010 Adoption of state statutes, and Uniform Controlled Substances Act.

All of Chapter 69.50 RCW, as it exists now or as hereafter amended, relating to drugs and other controlled substances, defining crimes and prescribing penalties, is hereby adopted by reference as though fully set forth in this chapter. YMC § 9.24.020 through 9.24.060 are hereby repealed.
