A. 
The "Washington Model Traffic Ordinance," set forth at Chapter 308-330 WAC, is adopted by reference in its present form as if set forth in full herein; provided, that those sections of the Revised Code of Washington set forth in subsection B of this section and adopted by reference in Chapter 308-330 WAC are not adopted herein by reference.
B. 
The following sections of the Revised Code of Washington, to the extent such sections of the Revised Code of Washington are adopted by reference in the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance set forth at Chapter 308-330 WAC, and which concern driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, are adopted by reference.

Three copies of the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance, set forth at Chapter 308-330 WAC, are now on file with the office of the city clerk/treasurer, and all of the terms and provisions of the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance and any amendments thereto, either made by ordinance or by amendments to Chapter 308-330 WAC, which may hereafter be filed with the city clerk/treasurer as required by law are referred to as the "Yelm traffic ordinance" and made a part hereof as though fully set forth in this chapter.
