Residential refuse and rubbish placed in garbage containers, residential repair debris, bundle or boxed bundle, bulky waste, and recycling collection, shall not be placed out for collection before 7:00 p.m. on the day prior to the scheduled pickup. Emptied containers shall be removed no later than 7:00 a.m. on the day after the scheduled pickup. Garbage and recycling containers not stored within the main structure or permitted accessory structure must meet the requirements in section 84-337(b), Open storage and use areas.
