§ 6-4-901 Testing methods and procedures.

Testing methods.

Significant industrial users. Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and suspended solids (SS) testing shall be undertaken four (4) times per month during the operating season.

Commercial and light industrial users. Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and suspended solids (SS) testing shall be undertaken at least two (2) times per year.

Testing procedures. All testing and sampling shall be performed by City personnel in accordance with the methods and procedures established in the Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater, jointly prepared and published by the American Public Health Association, the American Water Works Association, and the Water Pollution Control Federation, and/or EPA Methods for Chemical Analysis.
