The electric utility will periodically test customer's meters for accuracy and when necessary, in the opinion of the electric utility, will replace a customer's meter. When a customer requests his meter be checked by the electric utility, a fee, established in the fee and rate schedule, will be charged to the customer if the meter is found to be accurate.
The assembly shall, by resolution, establish fees and rates for Wrangell Municipal Light and Power. A public hearing shall be required on the resolution that establishes such fees and rates.
