A. 
A contract between the city council and the board of administration of the California Public Employees' Retirement System, is authorized, and by reference is made a part of this code as though set out in full in this chapter.
B. 
The mayor of the city council is authorized, empowered and directed to execute such contract for and on behalf of such agency.

An amendment to the contract between the city council and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached to the ordinance codified in this section, marked Exhibit A, and by such reference made a part of this section as though herein set out in full.
B. 
The mayor of the city council is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the amendment for and on behalf of the agency.
