(a) 
No bicycles shall be ridden on Columbia Avenue after the hours of sundown. All bicycles shall be permitted to cross Columbia Avenue at any time going to or from residences.
(b) 
All bicycles when ridden on Columbia Avenue shall comply with the state laws, riding at all times on the right side of the road, and making all turns at intersections as provided by law.

It is unlawful to ride bicycles on sidewalks at any time day or night, and it shall be the duty of the city marshal or city police to enforce this law.

The city police shall have the right to take into custody all bicycles and hold until released by a satisfactory fine as imposed by the city police judge or justice of the peace.
