City of Connell, WA Chapter 10.40 SKATEBOARDS

§ 10.40.010 Skateboarding on specific city streets and in the Pavilion of Pioneer Park.

It is unlawful for any person to operate a skateboard on Columbia Avenue and the sidewalks adjacent thereto, or on East Franklin Street between North Burke and Columbia Avenue and the sidewalks adjacent thereto or in the Pavilion of Pioneer Park.

§ 10.40.020 Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and on conviction thereof, shall be punished by the imposition of a fine of not more than five hundred dollars.
