A. 
The city of South Bend incorporates by reference the shoreline master program adopted in Ordinance No. 1521.
B. 
All uses, development, and shoreline modification activities shall conform and comply with the intent, policies, and regulations of the shoreline master program.
C. 
The shoreline master program adopted by the city council pursuant to Ordinance No. 1521 is hereby amended as shown in the revision marks as set forth in Exhibit A attached to Ordinance No. 1575.

A. 
Persons proposing development within shoreline areas must comply with the requirements of the most recent edition of the shoreline master program, in addition to the regulations of this title.
B. 
When work in or near water is proposed, a JARPA (joint aquatic resource permits application) form must be submitted.
