"Snow season"
is from December 1st to March 1st.
"Vehicle"
includes, but is not limited to, any car, truck, van, bus, boat, ATV, trailer, semitrailer, mobile home, RV, motorcycle, tractor, mobile construction equipment, storage container, or machinery.

It is prohibited to park a vehicle upon a public street when snow has accumulated on the street.
It is also prohibited to park a vehicle upon a public street during snow season between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
If a vehicle is parked in violation of this chapter and is interfering with snow removal operations, then a police officer has the power to have the vehicle removed at the expense of the owner.

The first violation of this chapter during a given snow season constitutes an infraction. Any violation past the first during a given snow season is a class C misdemeanor.
