(a)
Regular Business Meetings. The City Council shall meet regularly to conduct official business and to take action thereon on the first and third Wednesday of each calendar month commencing at 5:00 p.m. at the designated Council Chambers or the City Council Conference Room located at the Norm Dicks Government Center, 345 6th Street, Bremerton, Washington ("City Hall"), or any other place within the corporate limits of the City as provided in the public notice of meeting.
(b)
Study Sessions. Study sessions of the City Council shall be held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall, or any other place within the corporate limits of the City as provided in the public notice of meeting, to discuss administrative matters and/or to review and discuss items to be considered at future regular business meetings.

Holidays and Cancellation of Meetings.

Agendas and Notice of Regular Meetings. A regularly scheduled City Council business meeting may consist of a briefing session, study session, general business session, public hearing, a combination thereof, or any other format as established by the City Council as noted in the Council agenda. Notices of agendas of all regular meetings shall be delivered to the local television station and local newspaper of general circulation by mail, facsimile, electronic mail or other similar means.
