The Police Chief or his agents of the City of Carson is hereby given the authority and is instructed to watch and observe the conduct of holders and drivers operating under this Chapter. Upon discovering a violation of any section of this Code, the Police Chief or his agents shall report same to the City Administrator and initiate appropriate action.

The City Administrator may in his discretion promulgate any rules or regulations pertaining to the operation of taxicabs not inconsistent with this Chapter.
