The membership of the board of assessment appeals shall be increased by two additional members for a total of five members plus three alternate positions.
This division shall become effective on the 44th day after publication of the notice of passage of the ordinance and shall be applicable for any assessment year in which a revaluation becomes effective and for the assessment year following such year of revaluation.
