Any person who lodges in any place, or upon any property without the permission of the owner or person entitled to the possession thereof, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Any person who, without permission of the owner or person entitled to the possession thereof, intentionally occupies or attempts to enter a motor vehicle, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

It is a misdemeanor to maliciously damage or destroy any property of another, including public property within the city, whether real or personal property; or, without municipal authority, to deface, mutilate, tear down, or destroy any signboard or signpost within the corporate limits of the city. Where property owned by the city or under its control is so destroyed or injured, the mayor is authorized and empowered to offer a reward in any sum not exceeding $100.00 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the guilty party.
