It shall be unlawful to park in no parking zones or bus zones.

No parking will be permitted at any time on the south side of West Yacolt Road from North Amboy Avenue to North Johnson Avenue.

Parking will be limited to two hours on the north side of West Yacolt Road from North Amboy Avenue to North Blackmore Avenue during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In addition to the impound situations that are authorized pursuant to RCW 46.55.113 (part of the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance), a vehicle may be impounded with or without a citation and without giving prior notice to its owner when the vehicle is impeding or is likely to impede the normal flow of vehicular or pedestrian traffic.

A.
It is hereby declared a menace to public safety by reason of obscured vision to have any motor vehicle parked on the corners of Block I which is bordered on the north by Yacolt Road Street, on the east by Railroad Street, on the south by Cushman Street and on the west by Parcell Street.
No motor vehicle shall park within 15 feet of each corner of said block in the town of Yacolt, Washington.
B.
Any person found guilty of violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined the sum of $2.50 for first offense, $5.00 for second offense and double the amount thereafter.
