The regular monthly meeting of the council shall commence at 7:00 p.m. on the first Monday of each month at a location designated by the city manager. If the meeting date falls on a legal holiday established by state law, then the meeting shall be held on the day following that holiday. The council or city manager may establish other times to hold meetings and conduct city council business for other than regular council meetings as either deem necessary or appropriate, consistent with Oregon's public meetings law (ORS 192.610 through 192.690 (2010)).
