Any person who violates an ordinance or code promulgated by the governing body of the Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation to prohibit or compel certain conduct shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction shall be sentenced as provided in the ordinance or code, or if no sentencing is provided, a fine not to exceed $5,000, or a jail sentence not to exceed one year, or both.
