Except as otherwise expressly provided by this chapter, the duties of any offices previously consolidated have been separated, and the duties of such offices shall be performed by separate persons.

Under the authority of Government Code Sections 24300 and 24305, the duties of the Offices of County Treasurer and County Tax Collector are hereby consolidated, and the budgets of these offices are also consolidated. The title of the officer performing the duties of the offices hereby consolidated shall be "County Treasurer-Tax Collector."

Under the authority of Government Code Sections 24304.2 and 24305, the duties of the Office of County Auditor-Controller and the duties of the Office of County Treasurer-Tax Collector are hereby consolidated, and the budgets of these offices are also consolidated. The title of the officer performing the duties of the offices hereby consolidated shall be the "County Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector."
