It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use for commercial purposes any real property owned by the County without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Board of Supervisors.

A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, or the violation of the terms of any permit issued pursuant to the terms of this chapter, shall be a misdemeanor and punishable as provided by this code.
